Why Bermuda is My Happy Place

On my first trip to Bermuda, I went with just my mom’s side of the family 👩‍👧‍👦, and it was my first time in Bermuda ✈️. We went to beaches 🏖️, swam in the blue hole 💧, and explored some different cities 🏙️. My favorite time was when we swam in the blue hole 🏊‍♀️. We unexpectedly met my cousins there 👯‍♂️, and we all (some) jumped in and swam around in the small pool-like area 🏝️. We ended up going there again when we went on our next adventure 🚤, but for now, I had fun with my family 😊.

Another place we went to was the pink sand beach 🏖️. The sand looked normal from a higher perspective, but when you picked some up and looked at it, it was actually pink! 🌸 When we were walking to a good spot to put our stuff down, we saw what looked like a jellyfish 🦠, but much, much smaller. When we asked someone about it, it was a Portuguese man o’ war 🐙. Nobody we went with knew what it was, and when we were walking out, we saw a big sign that talked all about the Portuguese man o’ war. I loved this beach because of how pretty it was 😍, but also because the water was the perfect temperature 🌊.

On my next trip, we went with two other family friends, and did different things than last time (mostly) 🧳. A couple of my favorite things are when we went swimming with dolphins 🐬, and went on a boat ride 🚤. I loved the boat ride because we had a bunch of things to do and play with 🎮. My favorite part was when we kept falling off of this floating square thing ⛵. It kept tipping over, and no one could get on it 😂. We all kept laughing until we gave up and went to a tiny, tiny beach 🏖️ covered in seaweed 🌿 and rocks 🪨. I collected a lot of sea glass , but eventually, had to go back.

My all-time favorite thing I did was when I went swimming with dolphins 🐬. The water was a little cold 🥶, but the dolphins were fun and definitely entertaining 🤩. We got to watch them do cool tricks underwater 🤸‍♂️, got to feed them 🐋, and got to hug and take really cool photos 📸 with them. This place absolutely knocked off something on my bucket list ✅, but I still want to go again! 🌊

Altogether, Bermuda is a wonderful place to go with many things to do and see. 🌴🌞 Bermuda is still one of my favorite vacations we went on! ✈️🏖️😊
